Bey Does Gaga + Vice Versa
So Bey stepped up her styze for this new musical collabo and Gaga toned it down – either way, it is a huge disappointment (ps- I am a huge fan of both these ladies and am in no way a hater on them, in general). First off these biotches (hehe) who walk around with body guards are supposed to convince us that they are mega tuff with plastic guns/marshmallow shooters? We’re not buying it. Also a 28 year old, married Beyoncé (or is this Sacha Fierce?) sings, and I quote “if you like this position, then tape it, on your Video Phone“ – ummmm, this is marketed to 12 year old girls – how responsible. Maybe they got a kick back from Blackberry? The best part of the video is the fact that Gerlan Jeans gets some shine – with her fab sequined t-shirt. See the pics after the jump……

I disagree with your assertion that Beyonce is marketed to 12 year olds. Maybe in the Destiny’s Child era, her music was more pop and more teen oriented, but since she went solo, she’s definitely been playing towards a more adult crowd. Her lyrics and videos have been distinctly sexy and provocative for quite a while.
