These are the new Air Max 1′s… Not that we really care too much about sneakers anymore.. but then again, Nike might not either. These are are STRAIGHT RIP of the classic New Balance 991′s. Come on kids! Click for proof.

The Air Max 1 came out in ’87…. 12 years later the 991 came out in ’99.
The style of the AM1 hasn’t changed… only the different colorways. Its not the first time Nike has released grey colorways either… AM1 Cork Pack, AM1 Wings and Waffles, AM1 Book of Ones. Even though the colorway is similar, I doubt that Nike was inspired by the 991 for this colorway.
