What we’re into: Bernie Madoff’s Junk
The newest Vanity Fair includes a piece told from the perspective of Bernie Madoff’s personal secretary, Eleanor Squillari. She provided internal insight as well as some Madoff family photos, including this full page photo of Bernie and his wife Ruth at home. Um… wow. The man who ruined thousands of lives may have kept his Ponzi scheme secret for years- but otherwise, he had nothing to hide. Seriously, those sweatpants are loaded. Click for a close up.
No wonder he looked so self-satisfied, even though he knew one day he’d ruin the lives of Palm Beach’s old ladies.
