The NYPD, who clearly don’t have more dangerous criminals to pursue, are alleging that a certain beautiful and talented college student and proud Queens native, is actually the infamous UTAH who is today beginning a jail sentence of 6 months, essentially for beautifying the filthy streets and subways of our city. I hope the pig-faced cops that derailed this young woman’s life have nightmares for the rest of their lives. This is a travesty of justice but something tells me we probably haven’t heard the last of this alleged FEMALE GRAFFITI KING.
Wherever you are Utah, perhaps one day our throw-ups will randomly end up complimenting oneanother’s again!

So you’re telling me you wouldn’t mind having this “Beauty” on the side of your home? I’m a graffiti artist too, but I don’t like when people try to justify all graffiti as art, saying it brings beauty from a throw up. Its meant to deface!!!!! It’s a throw up.

All graffiti is art, it takes a lot of effort and skill to make a tag or a throwie look good.
While I don’t think any graffiti writer should ever go to jail no matter how much so called ‘damage’they do, it’s certainly not a victimless crime:

Still, she should have gotten community service, that makes more sense than jail.

SHE MADE NO DEALS AND GAVE THE POLICE NO INFORMATION and made NO DEALS. She certainly did not implicate you, whoever you are. There were many names on her warrants. They were they names of other people who were investigated. Each time the VS gathers info from one raid, they use that as a basis to get the courts to give them more warrants. That is what happened to you, just as it happened to her and many others. This is a standard police tactic. They raided her place and email and there was an informant against her. If you REALLY knew her, you would know that she had nothing to say. You are falling for the oldest trick the cops use. They turn people against each other and then you do their work for them. It like a typical episode of NYPD Blue, and you fell for it! SHAME ON YOU! You owe her an apology and you should retract/delete your remark. The cops were smiling when they read your remark!

Ridiculous! The young woman changes the aesthetic quality of buildings and vehicles that would otherwise never be worth a double take and she gets 6 months!? Looks like Councilman Peter Vallone (D-Queens) can now make himself out to be a hero in his white-washed crusade to cleanse the city of any real vibrancy or inspiration.
Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time. Graffiti is disgusting, if you think its art put it on a canvas, or atleats your own fucking property!!!
Doing shit like taking action photos on the sly and getting my face in that shit and then labeling it XXXXXXX Subway Action is basically snitching. Ive heard conflicting stories about her so called plea bargain. I am just stating my case.
Your girl also ran her mouth, was a huge graffiti gossip, fucked over almost everyone she encountered and burned tons of spots, all of which people put her on to. You dont see people lining up to throw down money or art for her legal fees.
I was personally there for a meeting with the DA and my lawyer and the DA admitted that she was ‘cooperating’ with the DA to get a plea bargain.

And if they gathered evidence from her phone or her computers, her name is going to be attached to it, that doesn’t mean she willingly gave it up. Oh, and one more thing, ADA’s and cops lie about other people “cooperating” as a habit – get your mental weight up or you’re own alleged case is gonna be a real bitch…

Coppin pleas, if you are not a cop, YOU are the kind of fool that will cause other people to get busted. Anyone who knows anything about this shit knows that the cops lie…they say anything they think will work to get you to give up whatever you got. This is their job and they are allowed to tell you ANYTHING. They aren’t under oath…they are investigating. You seem quite angry at her, which is another reason I figure you’re full of shit. You are working pretty hard to get readers to hate her and turn on her. That’s a cop tactic – divide and conquer! And how do you know who offered her help? I know her, but I don’t know you – but I can tell that you really know nothing! One person definitely gave her up, but she never blamed anyone or cried about it. Take a lesson! A plea bargain is not “a deal”. It is common court practice. Would you have felt better if she got 7 years? ARE YOU WILLING TO DO 7 YEARS? She had a lawyer from day one, who never allowed her to be questioned. If you are legit, then the only way to save yourself is to stop being so stupid. If you are a cop…well, I wouldn’t be surprised.
Don’t worry about UTAH, after six months in jail she will make enough money to live on, more than the entire vandal squad combined.

to have names on warrants so that police have any access to anything that could contribute to another
