Fashion Week – Again?

It seems like every week there is another Fashion Week. These so-called Fashion Weeks have sprung up around the world to showcase local talent but may just be making the official fashion weeks (New York, London, Paris, and Milan) seem less credible and special. We appreciate the local talent, but miss the prestige that once came with showing one’s creations during the official dates. Miami’s Fashion Week just wrapped up and Brooklyn’s is about to begin, and we aren’t expecting anything revolutionary to be introduced that the world hasn’t already seen. No offense but maybe enough is enough.

Miami Fashion Week….such a letdown.
I totally passed on it this year.
